Great experience as always! We love Sara!

We have had nothing but fantastic experiences with Ruhl&Ruhl, particularly with Sara Carlson. She told us exactly what we needed to do to prepare the home for sale to get the best selling price and it worked. She is an excellent communicator and, most importantly, truly cares about people!

Sara was very knowledgeable and informative throughout the process and met or exceeded every expectation we had. Thanks to her we were able to focus on readying the house for sale while she worked and were able to close in less than a month

Sara Carlson was absolutely stellar! Skilled. Knowledgeable. Always available. Extremely likeable. She was there for us even during a family health crises. She was adventurous and a good sport. She is obviously a big city girl but she tromped around in our 5.77 acres of dense brush and timber. She came out to see our deluxe chicken house saying, at one point, "I've never been this close to a chicken before!" She is extraordinary and we have grown fond of her. Too bad we have to move away. By the way, we interviewed four realtors and we chose Sara! She got top dollar for our property!

Sara Carlson is the best! She patiently and lovingly searched for homes to meet my needs and then expanded my horizons a bit. She found the perfect home for me. She never pushed but when asked for advice was honest and fair. When I came unprepared with pre-approval, she connected me with Black Eller who worked after hours for the approval.
