Thank you for visiting my website! I have been in the Real Estate business for almost 20 years and love every thing about it! I was born and raised in Moline, Illinois and now reside in Muscatine, Iowa with my husband. We have 2 children, ages 23 & 25 and a golden retreiver named Lola. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing, from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois. My husband is also a Custom home builder and owns Carlson Custom Homes. 

To earn a designation, a Realtor has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance, and knowledge in a particular area of the Real Estate industry. My designations are as follows:

• CRS, Certified Residential Specialist: Only the top 4% of Realtors nationwide achieve this designation
• ASP, Accredited Staging Professional: Trained by the inventor of "staging"
• CHMS, Certified Home Marketing Specialist: Staging and pricing to result in higher selling prices in reduced marketing time
• Ninja Specialist: Advanced sales training and way of life! Ask me about my Ninja training!

I spend time giving back to the community and have volunteered for the Muscatine schools; Muskie Boosters Board Member & officer; Cake Auction Chair and Newcomers Club. I have also been a Muscatine Board of Realtors Member since 2003, past officer & Chair of PR committee; Enjoy volunteering for Special Olympics, United Way, Salvation Army, Junior Achievement, and Meals on Wheels.

In my spare time I enjoy watching movies and do anything that involves laughter! Hope to meet with you soon!
